_Sad News:_ *Former Federal Polytechnic Damaturu Registrar and Two Children Killed in Tragic Accident* 

Tragedy struck on Sunday, May 26, 2024, as Hajiya Ladidi Haruna Godowoli, the former Registrar of Federal Polytechnic Damaturu, and her two children, Fatima Muhammad. Machina, a Law Graduate of BUK, and Hauwa Muhammad. Machina, a Part 2 Law Student at North-East University, Gombe, lost their lives in a fatal motor vehicle accident near Keffi in Nasarawa State.

Hajiya Ladidi, who was the wife of Dr. Muhammad Adamu Machina, the Yobe State Coordinator of National Open University (NOUN), leaves behind a grieving family. 

She is survived by her husband, Dr. Muhammad. Adamu Machina, her son Haruna Suleiman Barde, daughters Zarah and Zainab Suleiman Barde, as well as several brothers, including Alh. Ahmed Haruna Godowoli, Alh. Modu Haruna Godowoli, Prof. Abdullahi Haruna Godowoli, Umar Haruna Godowoli, and Hon. Abubakar Haruna Godowoli, along with sisters and other relatives.

The burial rite is set to take place at the Central Mosque (Masjid) in Abuja on Monday, May 27, 2024, at 1:30 pm, following the Zuhur Prayers.

Dr. Muhammad. Adamu Machina, from the National Open University in Damaturu, is mourning the loss of his beloved wife and children in this tragic accident.
