TEtfund holds one day workshop at the Fed Poly Damaturu 

The Tertiary Educational trust Fund ( TEtfund has on Wednesday holds a one day workshop for Deans, Directors and other staff of the Fed Polytechnic Damaturu. 

The workshop which is on  Learning Management system ( Black board) was declared opened by the Deputy Rector Academics services Engr. Dr Shettima Umara Ali on behalf of the Ag. Rector. Dr. Ibrahim Babale Gashua, in which he charged the participants to make good use of the opportunity in graping what the workshop is aimed at.

According to him, learning Management System in the  other way round black board in an educational institution like the Fed Polytechnic Damaturu is paramount as it will be used in sending message to students from distance.

 He finally, thanks the Tettfund for organizing the workshop at the institution.

In her opening remark, the leading facilitator  of the workshop Naya Nemy Isa informed the participants that the workshop is a  computer based where materials of the workshop can be accessed via the link provided, in which  questions and observations can be raised  for instant response.

At the end of the workshop Participants have been introduced  on how messages using black board  can be exchanged between teacher and student.

The training workshop is a  continue process as gradually black board will be an  effective medium of learning for the students visa vis message from Deans to Head of Departments among others.

The Registrar of the Polytechnic, Muazu Aliyu Iliyasu was represented by the Deputy Registrar staff Development and training Aisha Ahmed.
