Fed Poly Damaturu Students concludes end of session examinations


Students of the Federal Polytechnic Damaturu have concluded their examinations for 2023/2024 academic session. 

This signifies the end of the session as the examinations ends.

Meanwhile, the Polytechnic has since opened it portal for the  2024/2025 admissions into National Diploma(ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND).

According to application procedure released by the Registry Department, signed by the Registrar Muazu Aliyu Iliyasu indicates that the ND and HND  programmes are in Science and Technology , Engineering Technology, Environmental and Management studies.

However National Diploma (ND) is for those who scored 100 marks and above in 2024 UTME and have the minimum of 5 credits in NECO, WAEC, NABTEB relevant to the course of choice at not more than 2 sittings.

Therefore, all interested candidates for the National Diploma (ND) can apply for JAMB  screening using the Polytechnic website at https://briateksms.com/fedpodam.

However, candidates who did not choose the Polytechnic as first choice can visit any approved JAMB/CBT centre for change of institution/ course.

The procedure explained further that candidates for the Higher National Diploma ( HND) can use https://hnd.nbte .gov.ng to apply.

New Rector Fedpoly Damaturu takes over The new Rector,  Federal Polytechnic Damaturu,  Dr. Ibrahim Bashir Bello has  taken over the helm of affairs of  the Polytechnic from the Acting Rector Dr. Ibrahim Babale Gashua today at the Polytechnic Council chamber. Earlier while handing over to the new Rector,  the Acting Rector Dr. Ibrahim Babale Gashua assures  him of  support  for him to succeed, according to him if the Rector succeed  it is the Polytechnic that succeed. He therefore, called on  the Governing Council, Management and rest of the staff to extend  the support and cooperation they accorded him to the new Rector.
