**Eid-el-Kabir: Rector of Federal Polytechnic Damaturu Extends Heartfelt Greetings to Muslim Community**

Dr. Ibrahim Bello Bashir, the Rector of the Federal Polytechnic Damaturu, has extended his warmest felicitations to the Muslim community within the Polytechnic on the occasion of this year's Eid-el-Kabir celebration.

In his message, the Rector encouraged all members of the community to embrace the enduring values of tolerance, sacrifice, and faith as exemplified by Prophet Ibrahim (Alaihil Salam). He emphasized the importance of these principles, especially during this sacred period.

Dr. Bashir also took the opportunity to express his gratitude to the FEDPODAM community for their unwavering commitment, support, and understanding since he assumed the role of Rector. 

He called on everyone to continue their prayers, sacrifices, and contributions toward the overall development of the institution. The Rector's heartfelt message serves as a reminder of the spirit of unity and shared purpose that defines the Federal Polytechnic Damaturu community during this festive season.

Fed Poly Damaturu Governing Council appoints Acting Bursar  The Governing Council, Federal Polytechnic Damaturu has approved the appointment of Ismail Muhammad as the Acting  Bursar of the Polytechnic. The approval  of the council was contained in a letter signed by the Registrar Muazu Aliyu Iliyasu, after their  Regular  meeting  held early this week, in which it states that he is to act as Bursar of the Polytechnic pending the appointment of a substantive Bursar. Until his appointment, he was the one over seeing the Department since the expiration of the tenure of the Former Bursar. New Rector Fedpoly Damaturu takes over The new Rector,  Federal Polytechnic Damaturu,  Dr. Ibrahim Bashir Bello has  taken over the helm of affairs of  the Polytechnic from the Acting Rector Dr. Ibrahim Babale Gashua today at the Polytechnic Council chamber. Earlier while handing over to the new Rector,  the Acting Rector Dr. Ibrahim Babale Gashua assures  him of  support  for him to succeed, according to him if the Rector succeed  it is the Polytechnic that succeed. He therefore, called on  the Governing Council, Management and rest of the staff to extend  the support and cooperation they accorded him to the new Rector.
