Fed .Polytechnic Damaturu commence end of season examination

Fed Polytechnic Damaturu commence end of session Examination  The Federal Polytechnic Damaturu, Yobe state commence end of session examination. It will    commence  today Monday the 30th September, 2024.  In the  time table released and signed by the Chairman time table Committee ( TTC), Dr. Yaya Kawu Usman who is also the Director Academic Planning ( DAP) of the institution indicates that , it will last for two weeks. TEtfund holds one day workshop at the Fed Poly Damaturu  The Tertiary Educational trust Fund ( TEtfund has on Wednesday holds a one day workshop for Deans, Directors and other staff of the Fed Polytechnic Damaturu.  The workshop which is on  Learning Management system ( Black board) was declared opened by the Deputy Rector Academics services Engr. Dr Shettima Umara Ali on behalf of the Ag. Rector. Dr. Ibrahim Babale Gashua, in which he charged the participants to make good use of the opportunity in graping what the workshop is aimed at. According to him, learning Management System in the  other way round black board in an educational institution like the Fed Polytechnic Damaturu is paramount as it will be used in sending message to students from distance.  He finally, thanks the Tettfund for organizing the workshop at the institution. ACReSAL donate seedlings to the Fed Polytechnic Damaturu

.ACReSAL donate seedlings to Fed Poly Damaturu  Agro Chemical Resilience in Semi Arid zone Landscape (ACReSAL) Yobe state project office has donated seedlings of different species to the Federal Polytechnic Damaturu . This is for it tree planting campaign activity  for wind breaking, shelter belt and control of desert encroachment. However, with the donation symbolic planting of the trees takes  place at the Polytechnic today  Thursday.  The planting was conducted by the Agting Rector Dr. Ibrahim Babale Gashua represented by the Director Physical Planning and Procurement Engr. Bukar  Hassan and the Project Co-ordinator Mohammed Shehu represented by the ACReSAL Natural Resources Officer  Abba Lawali Geidam and  Sadisu Muhammad Project Accountant. Ag Rector Fedpoly Damaturu inspects installed solar  The Acting Federal Polytechnic Damaturu Dr. Ibrahim Babale  Gashua has today pays an inspection visit to the installed solar at the Polytechnic 750 lecture theatre  and ICT centre. This is to ascertain level in which the solar has powered the two key places in the Polytechnic. Dr. Babale  expressed his satisfaction with installation and called on the contractor to provide burglar proof to safeguard the battery and any other gadgets  that has to do with the solar. He was accompanied to the visit  by the members of the management among others.
